Morgan, Karen & Kelsey
Lavender House has been many years in the making. It is a family business built on the foundations of compassion, gratitude and regulated nervous systems. Having 50+ years of combined experience in the medical field has allowed us to hone our skills and interests, focusing on incorporating stress management and sustainable lifestyle choices in a holistic and individualized approach to wellness.
Lavender House is a space for healing, growth, gratitude, and community. Our passions include natural wellness, intentional living and mindfulness practices.
Kelsey is a licensed Naturopathic Doctor and Registered Nurse who bridges conventional medicine with evidence-based holistic, embodied care. With a strong background in hospice nursing, her approach is shaped by a deep respect for the body, the nervous system, and the lived experience of each individual. Her practice is centered on craniosacral therapy, with additional emphasis on preventative medicine and stress management, supporting patients in cultivating resilience, regulation, and ease. Beyond the clinic, Kelsey enjoys knitting and long days at the beach, and she also offers Sacred Knitting—an experience blending knitting, mindfulness, ritual and community (www.sacredknitting.com).
Morgan is a nurse who is passionate about using integrative therapies to manage stress and anxiety, and cultivate healing.
Karen is an Oncology Nurse Navigator in Psychosocial Oncology and Palliative Care at Dana-Farber Cancer Institute in Boston, MA. She has a special interest in working with people living with cancer, their caregivers and health care professionals, helping them cultivate the ability to access their innate compassion and increase their core resilience to promote health and well-being, and as an antidote to compassion fatigue and burnout.
